Established in 2013 itself, Department of Electrophysiology, Manobikshan is probably the oldest and best electrophysiology department in North Bengal. Being run by specialists, from the first day this institute had full time qualified electrophysiology technicians with DNEP qualifications. Till date, this is the only institute in North Bengal which performs procedures like video EEG which is confirmatory in differentiating between true seizure and false seizure. Procedures like EEG, NCV, EMG, VEP,BERA,RNST,VIDEO EEG all are performed everyday and instantly reported .
